Alterations and additions to an existing home on a large bushland property in Coolangatta, NSW, built with cameras rolling for Rachel and Ryan's show on Channel 9 — a project that came with the added thrill of a film crew documenting every stage. Part of the old garage was converted into two new bedrooms and a walk-in robe, while a new detached garage took over parking duties. Out back, a new pitched-roof pavilion extension houses an open-plan kitchen and living area lit by a run of skylights, opening onto a covered pergola with a built-in BBQ kitchen, a sunken fire pit lounge, and a new in-ground pool with glass fencing set right into the bush.
